Pueblo City Schools and Pueblo StepUp have partnered to bring enrollment services in Colorado Family Medicaid and CHP+ to four school-based health care centers in Pueblo. If your child is enrolled in Pueblo City Schools and he or she is uninsured, call us to see if you qualify for medical benefits. Eligibility is based on Federal Income Guidelines.

If your child qualified, you can visit a school based health care center at Central High School, East High School, Risley Middle School or Freed Middle School.
